Above Radstadt 8 km from the centre of Radstadt, 13 km from the centre of Schladming, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property, large terraced garden (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km, railway station "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km, bathing lake "Pichl" 8 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 6.3 km, skisport facilities 6300 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Reiteralm 6.3 km, Snowspace Flachau 20 km, Obertauern 27 km.
