Welcome to our holiday rental!<br>We’ve furnished our holiday rentals with great care for you, and we hope you’ll feel right at home with us.<br>We offer a modern and cosy holiday rental in an exclusive location, in the heart of Warnemünde, just 200 m from the beach. Here you can relax with your family. Right next to your holiday home is the popular Mühlenstraße shopping and strolling street, with its many small shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as a bike rental shop.<br>The apartment is 35 square metres and is located in the basement. All rooms face south towards the quiet courtyard and are bright and inviting. <br>It features a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and nightstands, as well as pleated blinds and insect screens.<br>The bathroom includes a shower, sink, hair dryer, heated floors, and a toilet.<br>The living room features a smart TV and a radio.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle.<br>　<br>SERVICE<br>Bedding and towels are included in the rental price. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request at no charge.<br>Heating available / Holiday rentals available year-round.<br>One parking space for your apartment is included on our property.<br>Check-in is via a key safe. <br>Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.<br>Smoking is not permitted in our holiday rentals.<br><br>Description of the bedrooms:<br>In the bedroom, you’ll find a large, comfortable double bed. We’re happy to provide a travel cot upon request and subject to availability. Pleated blinds and insect screens on the windows ensure restful nights. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain zum Garten hin und ist sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Auch die Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Urlaubsfeeling

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die geschmackvolle, maritime Einrichtung schaffte sofort Urlaubsstimmung. Die zentrale Lage ist super, hat aber den kleinen Nachteil, dass man auch den Straßenverkehr hört. Das hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört und tat unserer Urlaubsstimmung keinen Abbruch.

Toller Standort für unseren ersten Ostsee-Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles gehalten, was wir erwartet hatten. Sie ist super schön und gemütlich im nordischen Stil eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten sehr viel zu Fuß unternehmen. Viele Cafes, Geschäfte und Restaurants waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Obwohl wir sozusagen mittendrin in Warnemünde waren, konnten wir in der Fewo auch die Ruhe genießen. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben über ein Wochenende die Wohnung gebucht, sind spät angereist und früh abgefahren: Der Check-In lief vorbildlich, die Wochnung war sehr sauber und umfangreich eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorghanden und man könne bei sogar noch Gäste bewirten. Gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, vielleicht etwas hellhörig. Sehr gut fanden wir,dass das Schlafzimmer unten war, dadurch war es nicht so warm. Wir haben us sehr wohlgefühlt.

Zum Weiterempfehlen

Obwohl der Ort überflutet wird von Urlaubern, wohnt man ruhig und entspannt. Will man Trubel haben, kann man das in wenigen Minuten. Schade nur, dass man direkt am Objekt keine Gelegenheit hat im Freien zu sitzen(keine Garten bzw. Balkon).

Wir - 3 Frauen - waren total begeistert von dieser wirklich super schönen Ferienwohnung. Toll eingerichtet, super sauber, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, absolut zentrale Lage, Auto-Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür - perfekt.

Erholen an der Ostsee

In der nett eingerichteten Wohnung Nordlicht haben wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Es war für Mitte Mai ungewöhnlich kalt, aber die Wohnung war immer mollig warm. In der Küche war alles wichtige vorhanden. Das Bade- und Schlafzimmer war im Souterrain. Beim Hochziehen des Rollladens im Schlafzimmer konnte man gleich sehen, ob das eigene Auto noch auf dem Parkplatz steht. Eine Reise ist Warnemünde auf jeden Fall wert.

Sehr schöne, moderne und vor allem saubere Ferienwohnung! Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig gelegen. Top!

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete und saubere Ferienwohnung, also auch ein ganz großes Lob an die Putzfrau! Ist optimal zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig und erholsam. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben deshalb schon für nächstes Jahr Ostern wieder gleich vorgebucht. Einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen, aufs Sofa setzen und genießen. Die Ferienwohnung trägt sehr zur Erholung bei.
