The condo is truly an all-season escape, with the Snowshed Lodge ski lifts, the Killington Golf Course, and the Killington Adventure Center all within a quarter-mile. The Trail Creek Amenities Building sits directly across the way, offering an indoor pool and spa, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness center, and a rec room with a pool table and arcade games. In the immediate area, you'll find a number of great restaurants, shops, and apres-ski spots.

Loved the location, walkability to snowshed and easy ski home trail after massive April snowstorm. Kids also really liked the pool / hot tub, which was very close to the unit's location. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is well laid out and well stocked. It is a great location! The pool is small but great with kids!Nice hot tubs, sauna, and exercise equipment!The major drawback is the bedding. The primary bedroom has an old double bed that is very uncomfortable for 2 adults and the second bedroom has twins that are fine for children but not great for adults.

Great spot. Really clean. Only negatives were upstairs condos occupants could be heard walking around and master bedroom only had a full-sized bed. Not a fan of vacasa platform. Hidden fees until you book. Three separate texts from vacasa on 2 Day trip. How are we doing.

Beds left much to desire - the master bed was a sinkhole in the middle - needs a new mattress NOW! pullout mattress too was so uncomfortable. Dirty pans were put away in the drawers. One shelf in a cupboard was broken- it kept falling. Hair dryer was broken - actually looked like it had caught on fire. Other dryer would only work on one setting. Trash greeted us upon entering.

Setting wonderful and assistance with problems prompt and courteous and mattresses very comfortable. Was not that happy overall though with the workings of the unit and the kitchen and bathroom supplies. We were 4 adults renting for 7 days and only 4 toilet paper rolls and 1 bag each for the kitchen trash and recycle bin. When we asked a few more mid week was told we would need to supply. Also TV audio not working on arrival and though Vacasa rep responded quickly ( and replaced with one of the smaller bedroom TVs) it seems that should have been checked prior to arrival. Issues with heating requiring new baseboards/ thermostats day 2/3 ( provided with space heaters). Issues still on day 3-4 with 1 bedroom but manageable for rest of stay.Our biggest disappointment was the multiple dirty dishes and pots found in the cabinets. Overall pots/ pans very much so rental quality which is understandable but dirty pots/ bowls not acceptable Again setting and responsiveness of Vacas repand the Trail Creek management were best parts of the stay. Should you have questions please don’t go contact me.

However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered that impacted your experience. Please know that our team worked hard to fix all issues as they were reported. Regarding the issues with the heating, our team provided electric heaters for the night, and the electrician was there the following day. The other issue is with electric heat. Once the home gets to the desired temperature, the electric heat will shut down. It doesn’t maintain that specific temperature with the new baseboard heaters. As for the TV having no sound, it was due to being on the wrong HDMI port and is now fixed. However, for your reservation, we moved the TV from one of the bedrooms to accommodate your stay. We will address the cleanliness of the pots and pans to ensure they are washed and checked before every stay. Again, we are grateful for your valuable feedback, as this helps us understand the guest experience better and make the necessary improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a true 5-star experience.
