Discover the incomparable beauty of Lake Maggiore from our holiday home! To the east you can see far beyond Ascona, to the south far into Italy and the Brissago Islands greet you at your feet.

Our small holiday home has two flats. We rent out the upper one. It is ideal for two, maximum four holiday guests. The Casa is located just south of the beautiful village centre of Ronco in a quiet and well-kept area.

The holiday flat is reasonably priced, as you bring your own bed linen and take care of the final cleaning.

It is practically furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. In the living room there is a dining table with four chairs, 2 upholstered armchairs (can also be used as single beds), a side table and cupboard as well as a TV with satellite reception.
The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine for filters and Delizio capsules, raclette grill and fondue rechaud. The washing up is done by hand.
In the bedroom there are two single beds, wall cupboard and chest of drawers.
The bathroom has two washbasins, WC and shower.
The outdoor area of our holiday home invites you to linger with a balcony that extends over the entire lake side. Equipped with a table and chairs, you can spend unforgettable hours here with a view of the lake. A private lawn with sun loungers is also available, ideal for relaxing hours in the sun or shade.

Access is via Via Fontana Martina. You can park in a public car park above the house. From there there are 120 steps 😘downhill. Therefore: do not take bulky suitcases, but use rucksacks and handy carrier bags!
The public car parks in Ronco are subject to charges from Monday morning to Saturday evening. You can therefore use a card for free parking in the entire municipality of Ronco s. A. is at your disposal.

Other living room facilities (living room1): If there are more than 2 people, the parlour also serves as a bedroom. 2 armchairs can be pulled out and also serve as beds.
