Nice but not great in Silverthorne

Place was clean, good kitchen, cozy gas fireplace and private hot tub. The bath towels clean but were poor quality. There were no extra towels for the hot tub and Vacasa refused to bring more towels when asked. The downstairs shower had no shower head and sprayed all over the bathroom when we tried to use that shower. Expensive price for the unit based on the above.

Great Space and Location

My group of 5 adults stayed here the weekend before 4th of July and overall had a great experience. The condo is located in a great area - just up the road from the highway exit and a quick drive from a grocery store, liquor store, bars, and restaurants. Anything you might need to go out and grab is just a few minutes away via car. It is situated between two other units, which initially worried us about the amount of privacy. Our qualms were quickly put to rest, since we didn't see or hear our neighbors once our entire stay. The home was very spacious and was perfect for our guest situation. It was nice that each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bath, which was the leading attribute when choosing this rental. You could easily accommodate a few additional adults, if willing to share a couple rooms with bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked with several plates, silverware, cooking utensils and pots & pans. Plenty of towels and toilet paper throughout all the bathrooms. The hot tub could only fit about 4 people comfortably, and was nice and clean. However, we could never seem to get the temp over 97 degrees even with the instructions saying it should ideally reach 101 degrees. Another downside is that there is no parking in the driveway as stated on the listing, but rather there is a shared lot nearby the front entrance. Having said that, we had no issues parking right out front for loading and unloading throughout our stay. Additionally, nearly all of the screens on doors and windows had holes or rips in them, which prevented us from keeping them open during the day and night for fresh air. I would suggest providing a few floor standing fans throughout the home, as it did get pretty stuffy in the house from time to time. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely book this rental again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, Andrea. We are thrilled to hear how much you loved your stay in our home and this great location. We're glad that you had everything you needed for your stay. We apologize that the hot tub didn't heat. Please be assured our local team has followed up and it is functioning properly. Thank you for staying with us. We can't wait until your next visit.
