Great Condo with wonderful amenities

Excellent experience. Property manager was the best we’ve ever dealt with on VRBO. She responded immediately to our few questions and provided all the necessary information right when we needed it. The condo is clean, quiet, and well-furnished. The kids loved the pool and game room, allowing us parents to relax in the hot tub. This was our 2nd stay at this facility and we will definitely be coming back

Summer escape to Steamboat

The location is perfect. Unit was very dusty when we arrived. We had to do our own deep clean and wash sheets as everything had lots of dust. Ceiling fan in smaller bedroom was coated with dust. 2 lightbulbs were out in bathroom. No ability to open window in master bedroom, which made it stuffy at night. On the last day, there was no hot water. Would stay at the complex again, but definitely at a different unit.

Hi Lee, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: -We take great pride in the standards of cleanliness and service that we provide for our guests. We use a professional cleaning company to ensure the condo is cleaned and sanitized between guests. The local contact does a walk-through of the condo before arrival and we are confident that the condo met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in.-The master bedroom window crank is intentionally missing to prevent damage, we apologize if this impacted your comfort.-Regarding the hot water issue, this is a rare occurrence and only happens a few times a year during maximum building capacity when everyone is showering before dinner like Christmas, Spring break, and the 4th of July, the building’s boiler system will be replaced in October to improve reliability.We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
