Nice and clean, easy location.

Great spot for the area. Clean. Quiet and spacious.Upstairs gets really hot (we stayed during winter) b/c of heating system. Had to have windows open to make it tolerable. Only thing missing is the ability to plug in and charge our EV.

Clean and comfortable

Clean, convenient and comfortable. One TV and no cable. We were there to spend time with family but it would have been nice to have a TV but not a deal breaker.

Great little spot

I loved the place and the proximity to everything. The only thing I would recommend is the unit get some fans for summer. It can get quite warm in the unit if you are working remotely from there. Also there were little bugs all over the white bench. Not sure how they were getting in. Other than that it was a cute little place!

Skiing in Beaver Creek

The condo itself was average and located in a great spot for Beaver Creek access. We had a car and had to use it. The management company was difficult to reach when we arrived and were unable to gain access with the code that was give. Eventually, we recieved a new code and had no other issues. would recommend for someone on a budget.

Nice condo

Loved the area and overall a nice condo. No AC which in normal for the area but there are no fans available and no screens on the bedroom and living room windows, so it was uncomfortable at night. Tried to call the property manager and be prepared to be on hold for a long time. Took a while to figure out how to check in since there is no communication from property manager regarding this.

Hello Brandie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for the issues you had with communication during your stay. We have hired more staff to help provide the best guest service experience possible, as we were handling a higher than normal guest communication due to COVID. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager regarding the lack of fans and screens in the home, so they can discuss this with the homeowner. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can host you again.

Robyn

It was a beautiful property with everything we needed. The team got back to us quickly with our inquiries. It was helpful for us coming from overseas to realise the address was a street address and apartment number as this is not an address style we recognise. We realised it was at River Oaks Apartments turn off from the main road - Highway 6. A big garage and the apartment up on the third floor We didn’t have a car. We could catch a local bus on the highway to do the one stop to Avon Station to catch the gondola up to ski.

6/10 Okay

We had a bug problem

This is a hard review to leave. Overall the place was nice and had what we needed. I will note the queen size bed doesn’t really feel like a queen, more like a double and the bathroom isn’t attached. That’s not a deal breaker but also something that might be useful to people booking. There were also no fans and it gets hot in the summer so we had to go buy one. The biggest piece for us was that we had a big issue that was brought up for 2 days that was never addressed. It was gross and disappointing that the mgmt company never reached out to make it right or fix it despite us bringing it back up. Though outside of the live bugs we had to kill it’s not a bad place so hopefully you don’t have the same issue!
Response from VrboOwner on 22 July 2025
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us, Aimee! We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed many positive aspects of the property during your stay. At the same time, we want to sincerely apologize for the concerns you encountered, particularly regarding the queen-size bed feeling smaller than expected, the bathroom layout, and the absence of fans during the hot weather. Most importantly, we are truly sorry for the unresolved issue with live bugs and that your reports to management were not addressed as promptly and thoroughly as they should have been. This falls short of the high standards we strive to uphold for our guests. We hope that the refund provided has offered some measure of resolution, and please know that your feedback has been shared with our local team to ensure these issues are addressed moving forward. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much improved experience in the future.
