We warmly welcome you to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.

The apartment is situated right on the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This modern, 2-room, non-smoking apartment in Scharbeutz is on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by lift. From the large east-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. A living-dining area with cable TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a new built-in kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker, microwave, and glass-ceramic cooktop, along with a dining area for 4 people, invite you to relax and enjoy your stay. There is also a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m).

The spacious bedroom with a double bed also opens onto the covered east-facing balcony. Shower room/toilet.

The building has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

A parking space next to the house and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric vehicle charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging is available via QR code directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent via email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from December 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna
Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and game room with a high-quality table tennis table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.

This family-friendly holiday home features an lift and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cosy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the resort from the magnificent beach.
On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest car park at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
