Nature lovers, welcome! This beautiful 2-room apartment in Pönitz am See is located on the ground floor and features a large south-facing balcony (6 m) with a sun lounger and a panoramic view of the enchanting Lake Pönitz. The tastefully furnished, country-style apartment features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a 32-inch (80 cm) LED TV with satellite, a DVD player, a stereo system, a CD player, a dining area for 4 people, an open kitchenette with a microwave, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
A parking space is available at the house. Wi-Fi is available in this apartment!

This is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved dog is welcome! By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Haffkrug. From November 1 to March 3
, you are allowed to walk your dog along the entire coastline!! In addition, one of the largest fenced-in dog parks in all of northern Germany is located very nearby.

Pönitz am See is part of the municipality of Scharbeutz. There, you’ll stay in beautifully situated, country-style apartments, almost all of which offer a view of the large Pönitz Lake. Hiking trails around the lake and through the Scharbeutz Heath make a stay in Pönitz am See particularly appealing.

This beautiful holiday home was built in a country-style design and is idyllically situated on the shores of Lake Pönitz. The apartments are tastefully furnished and all feature a balcony or terrace. Some offer a stunning view of the picturesque lake. The on-site sauna and the wooded surroundings with numerous hiking and biking trails provide the perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. The outdoor pool is located nearby, and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is about a 5-minute drive away.

Dieses mal war die Wohnung besonders gut gereinigt. Schön das sich das Parkplatzproblem endlich, ordentlich, für jeden gelöst hat. Wir sind ja bereits Stammgäste und kommen jedes Jahr 1 bis 2 mal, weil wir uns in die süße Wohnung im wunderschön gelegenen Landhaus mit seinem tollen naturnahen Seeblick so verliebt haben. Daran hat sich auch diesmal nichts geändert. Wir wahren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
