"Strandgefühl" Holiday Apartment

We warmly welcome you to this 100-square-meter apartment in Niendorf, located on the second floor and featuring three rooms that can accommodate up to four people.

The spacious living and dining area combines cosy moments on the couch with an internet-enabled flat-screen TV and comfortable get-togethers at the dining table for the whole family.
The adjacent separate kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. You’ll also find a dining table here.

Warm feet are guaranteed in the master bedroom thanks to the cosy shag carpet. You have the option of pushing the two single beds together to form a double bed. Ample storage space and another flat-screen TV round out the room.
Despite the bunk bed, sofa set, and wardrobe, there’s still plenty of space to play in the children’s room.
From here, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony, which is partially sheltered by the roof overhang.
The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. A washing machine is also available for your use. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom.

There is a playground right in front of the building.

A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage.
Since your underground parking space is a duplex space (two cars parked one above the other), it is only permitted for vehicles with maximum dimensions of 5.0 m in length, 1.9 m in width, 1.5 m in height, and a total weight of 2,000 kg. This parking space is not suitable for estate cars.
The entrance to the underground garage has a height of 1.9 m.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT offer an alternative parking space.

Wi-Fi is available (no right to a refund or replacement in the event of malfunctions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Well-maintained residential complex near the beach: The apartments in Niendorf are located in this modern complex, range from 53 to 100 m², and are tastefully furnished for 2 to 4 people.

On the terrace or balcony, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee.
A bicycle storage room is located in the underground car park, and for some apartments, a duplex parking space is also reserved here.

The beautiful sandy beach is just 150 metres away.
The town centre, a bakery, and other shopping options are all within a 500-meter radius.

The idyllic harbour of Niendorf invites you to linger.
Why not treat yourself to a meal at one of the cosy restaurants and watch the small yachts and fishing boats?

A walk along the Brodten cliffs offers a magnificent panoramic view of Lübeck Bay. Here, nature is still virtually untouched.
Geologists offer interesting guided tours and explain the various sediments, some of which are billions of years old.
