Welcome to the "Strandurlaub" apartment!<br><br>Apartment No. 5 has 2 rooms, measures approximately 52 m², and is equipped to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. It’s located on Poststraße in Timmendorfer Strand, just about 350 m from the fine-sand beach.<br>On the ground floor of the building, up to 2 adults and one child have plenty of space to enjoy a carefree holiday. <br><br>The open-concept living room is comfortably furnished. Playing cards in the evening at the dining table is perfectly possible, and a relaxing evening watching TV is also no problem in this apartment. <br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle are all at your disposal. <br>On the covered balcony, facing southwest, you can enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning or simply open an exciting book and read it in peace. Balcony furniture is already set up for you to enjoy all of this!<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a daybed. This allows three people to sleep in one room; you’ll find a closet in the apartment hallway where you can store the clothes you’ve brought with you.<br>In the shower room, you can freshen up after a long walk on the beach. The shower is not at ground level. A sink and vanity are provided. A large mirror has been installed for your convenience.<br>A high chair and a cot are already on site.<br><br>You’re welcome to use the parking space.<br>Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).<br>This is a non-smoking apartment.<br>Pets are not allowed here.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> Holiday in a prime location: The house is conveniently located at Poststraße 56. It’s just a short walk to the fine-sand beach. A flight of stairs leads to the entrance area. Many of the apartments here have a balcony. Parking spaces are located right next to the building for you and the residents.<br><br>There is a bike rack on the property for the bikes you bring or rent. Bike tours are very popular along the beautiful Lübeck Bay! For example, you can cycle via Niendorf to Travemünde—the Brodten cliffs are a highlight for nature lovers! The idyllic Niendorf Harbour is also not far away. Fancy a fish sandwich to go? Want to watch the fishing boats and take a short stroll? Then you’ve come to the right place. The exclusive boutiques in Timmendorfer Strand are just waiting for you to discover them. Right in the centre, there’s a wide variety of restaurants where you’re sure to have a wonderful time.
