Haus Parkblick, Timmendorfer Strand – Apartment 9, welcomes you to a prime location in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Timmendorfer Strand. Located just about 550 metres from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, this duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor of the well-maintained “Haus Parkblick” residential complex and offers 65 m² of space for up to four people—ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

The holiday apartment has a total of three rooms, including two separate bedrooms accessible via a staircase. The double bed measures 160x200 cm (separate mattresses). The second bedroom features two single beds (90x200 cm). The spacious living room invites you to relax with its cosy sofa and armchair. Here you’ll also find a modern TV, as well as books and games to keep you entertained.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped: A 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a wide range of kitchen utensils and dishes leave nothing to be desired. This allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals, from breakfast to dinner. A dining table provides space for shared meals.

The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a hair dryer. A full-length mirror, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board, and a clothes rack provide additional comfort. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building.

The sunny balconies are furnished and invite you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors—whether over morning coffee or while reading in the afternoon sun.

The surrounding area offers numerous activities: whether swimming, sailing, surfing, fishing, or golf—water sports enthusiasts and outdoor lovers will find a wide range of options. Biking and hiking trails around Timmendorfer Strand, tennis courts, mini-golf, jogging paths, and horseback riding opportunities round out the extensive recreational offerings. Culture lovers will also find plenty to enjoy with museums, churches, and events. Families with children can take advantage of the nearby amusement park and playgrounds.

Shopping options and the lively town centre, with its diverse array of shops, cafés, and restaurants, are just a short walk away.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers (50-cent coins).
You can park your bicycles in the bike shed or at the bike rack.
A parking space is available behind the house.
A telephone and Wi-Fi connection are provided (no refunds or replacements in case of malfunctions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

From May until, tentatively, the end of 2026, roof work will be taking place on the neighbouring property. This may cause occasional noise.

A central location near the spa park: Built in 1994, this brick house is just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. With a total of 8 apartments managed by our agency, our office located on the ground floor of the building, and two additional apartments, this building is a very popular choice among our holiday guests.
The proximity to the spa park, which is right across the street, the short walk to shopping areas, and the minimal distance to the beach are very popular with our holidaymakers! This comfortable apartment complex, featuring 2- and 3-room apartments, is located right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, across from the duck ponds and centrally located near the promenade!

All apartments have a terrace or balcony. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike shed (subject to availability) or at a bike rack in the courtyard.
For longer stays, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. A parking space in the courtyard is also reserved for each apartment.

The beach and the town centre are located approximately 350–400 metres from Haus Parkblick. The exclusive shops, cafés, and restaurants are about a 5–8-minute walk away. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity. The idyllic harbour in the neighbouring village of Niendorf is about 2 km away and invites you to watch the fishing boats come in and enjoy a delicious fish sandwich in a wonderful atmosphere! It’s also a great experience to visit the SeaLife Centre Timmendorfer Strand and discover and enjoy the diversity of marine life.
