The Bergstraße 62 Apartment 11 holiday complex offers comfortable accommodation on the ground floor (14 steps) covering approximately 47 m² for up to four people. The apartment is centrally located in Timmendorfer Strand and stands out for its close proximity to the beach, which is just 250 metres away. Shopping options and the town centre are within easy walking distance—about 200 metres away.

The apartment is designed to be particularly family-friendly and expressly welcomes children, making it ideal for families with up to two children. The spacious bedroom, featuring a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a corner closet, can be completely darkened.

The en suite bathroom features a shower (step height 15 cm) and ample storage space for your toiletries.

In the open-concept living area, you’ll find a cosy sofa corner with a sofa (convertible bed, approx. 160 cm wide), an armchair, and a dining table with chairs. Entertainment options include an LCD TV, a hi-fi system, a CD player, and books—ensuring plenty of variety even when the weather is changeable.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a full set of dishes and cutlery, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
