Holiday Apartment 108 is a 3-room duplex apartment that is comfortably furnished and offers a magnificent view of the Säuling. It is located on the upper floor and in the attic. This apartment has been furnished with attention to detail and features a cosy living and dining area on the upper floor. You’ll also find a fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need for daily life. The bedrooms are located in the attic. These include a bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with two single beds. For warm summer days, there is a spacious south-facing balcony with patio furniture and an awning. You can park your car in your underground parking space. A laundry room is available in the complex; you can use it for a fee.<br><br>The total price includes final cleaning as well as bed linens and towels. It stands out for its very quiet yet central location right in the “Hopfener Triangle.” You can reach Lake Forggensee, the Festspielhaus, and the Old Town on foot in just a short time. About 50 metres from the resort, you’ll find an EDEKA, and just one kilometre further on, you’ll find additional shopping options such as ALDI, LIDL, and Fristo. Some apartments have their own underground parking space; otherwise, a private parking spot is available directly in front of the building. You can use a washing machine and dryer on the premises for a fee. The height of the underground garage entrance is 2.00 m.
