Sehr schöne, gut aufgeteilte und geräumige FeWo in bester Lage. Ruhig und doch nahe an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft schon warme Heizungen, bei -4°C Aussen ein guter Service. Der Kühlschrank war leider auch warm, weniger gut für die mitgebrachten Lebensmittel. Ein paar Defizite bei der Ausstattung (Küche u. Bad), die der Eigentümer aber sicher abstellt. Bei Buchung auf den Grundriss achten, das 2. Schlafzimmer hat kein eigenes Bad inkl., man muss in die Hauptwohnung, mit Schlüssel durch den kalten Hausflur und 2 Türen. Dort ist das dem Zimmer zugehörige Bad. Fazit: Tolle FeWo, trotz kleiner Defizite sehr empfehlenswert. Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kinder

Perfekt für zwei Personen, aber nicht für vier!Im Inserat sollte deutlich angegeben werden, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer nicht zur Wohnung gehört und nur über den Flur mit Schlüssel erreichbar ist. Das erschwert jeden Gang zum Bad, zur Küche und zum Wohnzimmer.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt, man erspart sich sehr viel Parkgebühr :-), da man alles Fußläufig erreichen kann. (Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau, der Alpsee und sogar Schwangau. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, allerdings ist es im Winter in dem Kinderzimmer über der Garage sehr kalt, das war nicht so schön da wohl auch die Heizung über Nacht nicht läuft. Wohnung hat auch einen Trockner der benutzt werden darf. Ansonsten war alles Top, sauber und geräumig. Der Blick auf die Berge und das Schloss Hohenschwangau ist auch sehr romantisch. Kinderzimmer mehr heizen ggf. Einen zusätzlichen Heizofen reinstellen. Familie mit Hund

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock eines Zwei-Familien-Hauses, ein Schlafzimmer getrennt von der Wohnung, aber auf der gleichen Etage. Zwei Bäder, eines vermutlich erst vor kurzem renoviert mit Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bei der Ankunft findet man nützliche Dinge für die ersten Tage vor. Familie
