Beautiful residence "Domaine de Crespin", 4 storeys, built in 2007, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 9.4 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Le Pont" 290 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6 km. Tennis 1.6 km, minigolf 1.6 km, gondola lift, skisport facilities 900 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 1.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc 1 km, Les Houches / Le Prarion 280 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 4 m2, west facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Logement propre et bien aménagé

Le logement était agréable et bien aménagé avec 1 pièce de vie et 2 grandes chambres dont 1 avec grande salle de bain parentale avec baignoire. Le coin montagne dans le couloir est idéal pour des enfants. Logement propre. Petit plus : parking dans un garage en sous-sol. Petit moins : balcon un peu petit pour manger à + de 2 personnes en extérieur.

Appartement en toiture (une volée d'escaliers depuis la rue). Très bien aménagé (comme pour soi :), agréable avec tout ce dont on a besoin, cuisine bien grande, Nombreux rangements pratiques pour tout, lave linge et sèche linge. . Les chambres sont grandes et la logette avec les lits superposés est agréable. Matelas très confortables. Situé proche du centre et de la télécabine qui est facilement accessible à pied ou avec le skibus gratuit). Nous reviendrons !
