This Villa is in a privileged and secluded location with the perfect balance of lake, volcano view and forests, ideal for either spending a weekend getaway or a longer stay, comfortable and spacious with kitchen, outside jacuzzi-like small pool (hot water faucet to regulate a comfortable temperature) and an incredible deck to relax.
Inside a cattle ranch, beautiful sunrises and amazing birdwatching. Hiking, horse back riding, boat ride to La Fortuna hot springs, nearby waterfalls. 4x4 needed.

The space
La finca cuenta con 60 acres, de las cuales 30 son bosque primario, contamos con acceso a este bosque por medio de un sendero. Tenemos caballos, ganado y perros, los cuales están cercanos a la Villa.

You can reach La Fortuna—home to the breathtaking Arenal Volcano—in approximately 50 minutes. The world-renowned cloud forests of Monteverde are just about a 1-hour scenic drive away, while the charming town of Tilarán is only 35 minutes from the property, offering easy access to local shops, restaurants, and essentials.

This central location makes it the perfect base for adventure, nature exploration, and experiencing the best of the region, all while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing setting.

Also a car 4x4 is necessary, expect unpaved roads and just 2 kilometers before our property you will cross a small creek, that during heavy rain could grow a little, but with a regular 4X4 wont be an issue. Arriving with daylight it is recommended.
Please plan to bring your groceries as the nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away.

Power outages are common in Costa Rica during rainy season, we provide small gas stove, candles and flashlights, typically power gets restore within 2 hours
