Auch bei meinem 32. Aufenthalt in diesem Hause wurde ich nicht enttäuscht...im Gegenteil: Über den Begrüßungstrunk der Fam Hagedorn war ich angenehm überrascht. Ebenso habe ich mich über das "Überraschungspaket" des Hauses sehr gefreut. Die Sterne sagen insgesamt nur Allgemeines aus, deshalb dazu: Die beiden Damen in der Rezeption- einfach Spitze. Und das "Reinigungspersonal" allen voran Herer Meyer, besser kann es nicht sein. Hoffentlich findet sich in der Zukunft auch ein ähnlich guter "Hüter des Hauses/ der Anlage". Die einzig negative Anmerkung betrifft das neue Bucgungsverfahren, das ist im Gegensatz zu den vorher genannten NICHT Kundenorientiert.
