This property was bought in 2023. We had a dream to build beautiful houses on the Frio River with amazing views. We were so lucky to be able to build our dream. Our family had held the Tri-Canyon dearly in our heart for many years. It is a special place to make memories for our family and we hope you make memories like we have when you stay with us.

We chose to build our houses on River Road because of the location. It is a private area great for families.

What makes this property unique

This property is close to Seven Bluff’s Crossing and less than a half of a mile to House Pasture Cattle & Co. We offer a serene view of over 400’ of the pristine Frio River.
