Welcome to the Friesenperle—a lovingly furnished holiday apartment in a multi-family home that offers you comfort and relaxation in 55 square metres. Perfect for up to 4 people, you’ll find a harmonious blend of cosiness, modern design, and a stunning setting between Horumersiel and Schillig.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll pass through the inviting entryway and up a stone staircase to the upper floor.
There, you’ll be greeted by a large window wall through which sunlight floods the room, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The spacious living room invites you to relax. A high-quality box-spring bed offers the perfect retreat for relaxation (no additional sleeping space), while a cosy armchair provides extra comfort.
The adjacent dining area creates the ideal spot for shared meals, which you can prepare yourself in the modern, fully equipped kitchen.

The holiday rental features two lovingly designed bedrooms:

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 mattresses) and a spacious wardrobe.
The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds (90x200 mattresses), suitable for both children and adults.

The inviting bathroom offers plenty of space for your morning routine.
Warm sunlight streams in through the skylight first thing in the morning, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.
A washing machine is also available, so you can feel completely at home even during longer stays.

The heart of the apartment is the beautiful, spacious balcony, where you can soak up the sun and let your gaze wander over the greenery. Whether you’re enjoying a relaxed breakfast or a cosy evening with a glass of wine—here you’ll find peace and relaxation.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1x large bath towel; 1x small hand towel; and, in addition, per holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the visitor’s tax depends on the respective rate schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
