- The house is 1180 ft² / 110 m² licensed for maximum 4 persons.
- Due to small spaces the kitchen may lack some appliances for extensive or gourmet cooking.
- Party, Gatherings, or Unapproved Visitors strictly not allowed.
- There are two motion sensor cameras positioned outside the front entry door of the house and driveway.
- Maximum 4 people at the property at any time.
- For tall guests, note the ceilings are: 7.4 ft / 2.26m.
- Children are welcome, but this home is not childproofed, includes roller shades, a steep staircase, and the hot tub is situated on a hillside with limited fencing. Many families with young children have stayed comfortably, though additional supervision may be helpful.
- - This home has a small interior step and sloped outdoor walkways, and may not be suitable for guests with mobility or balance concerns.
