The living/sleeping area features a cosy double bed, two comfortable armchairs, a TV (satellite), a CD player, and a dining counter with two chairs. The kitchenette features a microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a towel warmer. A small storage room with a vacuum cleaner and a coat rack in the entryway round out the amenities. A parking space is available directly in front of the building.
