The home is beautiful and was perfect for our retreat with our grandkids. We especially enjoyed the pool, and it was such a pleasant surprise to find a variety of pool toys for the kids to enjoy.There were a few minor hiccups during our stay, but Paolo was incredibly responsive and quick to address any concerns. He even offered to have the issues taken care of while we were there.The neighbor was also very friendly and helpful. I was a little concerned that the kids might be making too much noise in the pool, but the neighbor kindly reassured me that everything was fine.Since the home is newly built, it's understandable that a few items may still need attention as the final details are completed. Nothing we encountered affected our stay or couldn't be worked around. I let Paolo know about the few items we noticed, and I'm confident he'll have them resolved promptly based on how responsive and attentive he was throughout our visit.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
