The 58 m² family-friendly Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, gbmv2-28, in the Meerblickvilla in Großenbrode can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the covered balcony facing northeast; here you can enjoy the mild seaside climate as early as the morning sun.

The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the northeast-facing second floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 metres away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand beach with its boardwalk, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme spa, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

This light-filled, modern, non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features underfloor heating, sun-protective glazed floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven.
The modern and cosy living-dining area features a large flat-screen TV (43 inches) and a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.95 m). The separate bedroom, facing northwest, offers a high level of sleeping comfort with two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and is equipped with another flat-screen TV (40 inches), as well as a wardrobe and a seating/luggage bench. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, heated towel rack, and heated floors.
You can spend relaxing hours enjoying a side view of the sea on the covered, northeast-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area.
A cot can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The Upstalsboom Meerblickvilla apartment complex is located directly on the sea and along the beach promenade, near the 230-meter-long pier. From February 9– 20.03.2026, the sauna area will be closed for maintenance. You can rent dressing gowns and sauna towels from us for a small fee.
