The Location

This two-story townhouse is located on the North Sea dike in the North Sea spa town of Horumersiel-Schillig. The sea is just 200 metres away—only a few steps—making it ideal for anyone who loves the beach, the sun, and the healthy North Sea climate. There’s hardly any car traffic here, but plenty of peace and quiet. Shopping, dining out, or enjoying ice cream? Everything is within walking distance. The Hooksiel water ski lift offers a bit of adventure. Family tip: Walk barefoot through the mudflats—a guided mudflat hike is a hit with young and old alike!



Amenities

This family-friendly holiday home features free Wi-Fi and consists of 5 rooms: two bedrooms, each with a double bed; one bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sauna, and private balcony; a guest bathroom; and a covered balcony with a stunning view of the North Sea. The uniquely beautiful terrace along the waterway, known as the “Graft,” rounds out the amenities.

This upscale and lovingly furnished holiday home offers a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker. The holiday home also features its own washing machine. In the living areas, you’ll find a wood-burning stove (firewood not included), a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, books, DVDs, and board games. On the loft, you’ll find a “treasure chest” for the little ones filled with Duplo blocks. A high chair is available free of charge, and you can book a cot for an additional fee upon request. All bedrooms can be darkened.
