Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zu einem Strandaufgang in Kombination mit dem parkĂ€hnlichen AußengelĂ€nde und der charmanten, historischen Villa ist außergewöhnlich. DarĂŒber hinaus haben wir die Zeit in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit Zugang zu einer Sauna und Infrarotkabine im selben GebĂ€ude auch in der kĂ€lteren Jahreszeit sehr genossen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick ins GrĂŒne, was in der ersten Reihe der Strandpromenade nicht sehr hĂ€ufig vorkommt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Service vor Ort war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bekommt aber wenig Sonnenstrahlen am Tag, Erdgeschoss direkt am Eingang, liegt ca.50m vom Strand entfernt, nach Heringsdorf und Bansin ist es nicht weit entfernt, fußlĂ€ufig. Der Strandpark von Upstalsboom ist sehr schön gepflegt, alles wir ordentlich gehalten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
