At the Dünenschloss in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, you’ll find family-friendly holiday apartments. The 55-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room apartment in Building 1, unit kbds1-16, accommodates up to 4 people and offers a view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony in winter. A small dog is also welcome.

Location
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building 1, Staircase A—with a living area facing north towards Ostseeallee.

Amenities
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 2.00 m), a bedroom with a single bed (1 x 90 x 2.00 m), a living area with a sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 1.90 m) and an attractive window front, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony facing the sea.
The holiday rental includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, freezer compartment, a hair dryer, and a TV/stereo system with a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
A cot is available for a fee and can be placed in the small bedroom; upon request, we’d also be happy to provide a high chair for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Special Features
The holiday complex features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

In addition, a free parking space is available for your use. There is also a publicly accessible paid charging station for electric cars; it can be conveniently used with all major credit cards.

Feel free to use the coin-operated washing machines and dryers on the premises, as well as the dressing gown rental service at the service office. Your dog is welcome!

The holiday complex features its own sauna area with a pool (6 m x 5 m) and a counter-current system, two saunas, and a fitness room, all of which are available exclusively to you.
