The “Strand-Park” holiday complex is located directly on the beach promenade in Heringsdorf. The 69-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, ussp331, features a large balcony facing the Baltic Sea, offers ocean views, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Location
The apartment, located on the northeast side, is on the third floor—the top floor—of Building 3 in the popular “Strand-Park” holiday complex, nestled amid lovingly maintained green spaces and just a few metres from Heringsdorf’s fine-sand beach. A footpath leads directly from the building along the promenade through the dunes to the beach. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Heringsdorf pier.

Amenities
The bright, non-smoking holiday apartment with a bathroom featuring a shower offers free Wi-Fi and consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. From here, you have access to the spacious, covered balcony with a view of the sea.
The apartment includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee.

Special features
Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a traditional sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5 p.m. free of charge. Dressing gowns are available for rent at the service office for a fee.
The resort also features a shared car park, bike racks, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available to you in the laundry room. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
