Rental Policies
-Boats, Trailers, and Motorcycles: These vehicles are not permitted on the property.
-Parking: Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles. Please display your permits at all times during your stay.
-Towing: Towing is strictly enforced on the property without notice. If you misplace a parking permit during business hours, a replacement can be picked up from the resort office. After hours, please request a permit from onsite security or maintenance staff.
-No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
-Fireworks and Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks is prohibited on the property. Laser pointers are not permitted.
-Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age requirement is 25 years. For group bookings, all guests in the party must be 25 years of age or older. This policy does not apply to parents traveling with children. In those cases, at least one parent must be 25 years of age or older.
-Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required prior to your stay. The agreement will be emailed to you and may be returned by email, fax, or USPS.
