With a complimentary resort shuttle to and from the beaches and pools as well as easy access to on-site restaurants and entertainment, everything you need is within reach. The indoor pool and hot tubs are open year-round.

Welcome to North Beach Oasis, where comfort and convenience meet in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offers two levels of spacious living, perfect for relaxation and making lasting memories.

Upstairs, you’ll find all three comfortable bedrooms, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of fun. The main floor’s open-concept layout features ample seating for six in the living and dining areas, plus extra space at the kitchen counter. Step outside to unwind in the private fenced backyard, complete with a propane grill and outdoor TV, or enjoy the covered seating area at the front.

Bring food, drinks, personal items, and the good times.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, and living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.

We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap, so plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or the 'sleeps number'). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

We really enjoyed the home, everything we needed was right there. The shuttle was very nice to take us to the pool and beach. We would definitely look into staying here again.

The property was exactly as presented in the pictures. Very nice accommodations! The host was so very accommodating and helpful with some “nit” issues with the lockbox and the network password. He was very responsive, helpful, and patient to our inquiries. I would rent this property again.

Home is excellent and very convenient! The shuttle service is awesome and very easy to use. The home was very clean and had every thing we needed for a good week. The pools didn't seem the cleanest this week. May have been the heat as they cleared up a good bit later in the week. The BEST meal of the week was at The Blueberry Grill across the road at Barefoot Landing. Great Hamburger at Hamburger Joe's which you can walk to both. Such a nice place to relax and enjoy some quiet time!

The townhouse was nice and very clean. I would have said excellent. My reason for not saying excellent would be because the coffee pot was filled with a coffee filter that had molded. It took me an hour to clean. The TV kept going out because it runs through the internet. Lucky my son knew how to fix it when it kept going out.

Wonderful stay! Excellent communication from Waya rentals. Easy contactless checkin. We have stayed at this resort in the past and checked in through the front desk. This was so much easier. The photos of the property don’t do it justice. Cute and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I even purchased the cooling blankets that you had when we got home. It is a bit of a walk to the beach and pool but we enjoyed it. You can also take the shuttle which was always available. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend. Thank you.

The perfect family getaway - look no further this is it!!

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed townhouse. It is in a perfect location. We were able to easily walk to Barefoot landing and enjoyed shopping there. The North Beach Resort had a wonderful pool area where we got to enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. We cannot wait to come back in the summer to use the rest of the amenities at the pool area. My husband and I like to work out and the gym did not disappoint. We all had a wonderful facial at Cinzia Spa which is just walking distance from the town home. The unit itself was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our coffee on the private outdoor patio space. The check in and check out process was so simple working with WAYA Rentals. We will definitely use WAYA again and book this unit for our family trips annually to Myrtle Beach. We have found our home away from home. Thank you WAYA!
