Large, beautiful house "Johlim", 2 storeys. 2 km from the centre of Moraira, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped, with privacy, fenced (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 2 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
