Tucked away in peaceful Hominy Valley, this warm and inviting upper-level suite offers a comfortable mountain getaway just a short drive from Asheville. With its own private entrance, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private deck, it's a welcoming place to relax after a day of exploring Western North Carolina.



The bright, comfortable living area offers plenty of room to settle in and unwind with a movie. The well-equipped eat-in kitchen features a gas cooktop and everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the adjacent dining area is a great spot for enjoying dinner, working remotely, or gathering around a board game on a rainy afternoon.



Step outside to the furnished private deck for morning coffee, an al fresco meal, or an evening cookout on the gas grill. The three bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while two full bathrooms with showers make it easy for everyone to settle in comfortably.



You'll be conveniently located near some of the area's favorite destinations, including the North Carolina Arboretum, Biltmore Estate, Pisgah National Forest, and downtown Asheville, with its restaurants, breweries, shops, and entertainment. After a day of adventure, central air-conditioning and a shared washer/dryer add a little extra comfort and convenience.

  • This is the upper-level suite of a two-story hillside home. The lower unit has a permanent occupant.
  • Guests have a private entrance and private deck.
  • The washer/dryer is shared with the lower unit.

  • All guests must abide by our Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes a dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
