Ein besonderer Ort

Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht. Es ist ein besonderer Ort. Der Wald gleich neben dem Grundstück ist wunderschön. Der Strand toll. Ein typischer Steinstrand an dem man interessante Steine entdecken kann. Ab und an gab es auch Sandabschnitte , eine gute Mischung. Man hat dort seine Ruhe und kann wunderbare Ausflüge starten. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es ist tatsächlich so das es gerade im unteren Schlafzimmer etwas muffig riecht. Vielleicht wäre dort eine Behandlung mit entsprechender Farbe mal gut. Allerdings hatten wir oft die Fenster aufgehabt und es war für eine Woche ok. Sonst hätten wir von dem Angebot Gebrauch gemacht den Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Alles im allem haben wir uns im Haus und seiner Umgebung wohlgefühlt und können uns vorstellen nochmal dort unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Was toll war, auch mit Kindern unter 2 Jahren ist der Strand super. Es wird nur ganz langsam tiefer und so können die Kinder toll am Wasser spielen. Wer deine Ruhe haben möchte und eine abwechslungsreiche Landschaft genießen möchte, ist dort genau richtig.

Das schlimmste was ich je erlebt habe!

Das ist das schlimmste Ferienhaus was ich je erlebt habe! Erstmal das Gute. Lage, Garten und Strandzugang ist top aber das war es auch schon. Als wir das Haus das erste Mal betreten haben kam uns schon ein total muffigen Geruch entgegen. Hier wird keine Endreinigung angeboten, von daher war es auch nicht allzu sauber. Überall Spinnen und Asseln, was auch der Waldnähe geschuldet ist. Küche war ganz ok. Man durfte aber keinen Schrank öffnen, da alles total muffig und schmierig darin war. Das Bad, speziell die Dusche dreckig und mit toten Tieren versehen. Der Duschvorhang war gelb und überall Schimmelflecken daran. Beim Waschbecken war der Abfluss verstopft. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist nicht benutzbar. Das ganze Haus ist feucht und dort besonders. Der Geruch darin war unerträglich, sodass wir nicht darin schlafen konnten. Der Teppich, wie auch die Wände waren nass. Im oberen Schlafbereich nicht besser. Der Garten an sich schön gepflegt und gemäht aber nicht unter dem Klettergerüst. Da wurden die Brennesseln wachsen gelassen. Auf der Rutsche ragte ein rostiger Nagel heraus. Den Strand, so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es nicht mit Sand, sondern nur mit großen Steinen. Haben am Tag der Ankunft sofort mit dem Vermieter gesprochen. Der schickte am nächsten Tag einen Hausmeister aber dieser konnte an der Gesamtsituation des Hauses ja auch nichts ändern. Haben dann wieder mit dem Vermieter gesprochen und dieser gab uns dann 50% Rückerstatuung aber nur mit der Bitte, hier bei Fewo keine schlechte Bewertung zu schreiben. Habe sowas noch nie erlebt und wünsche keinem anderen so ein Ferienhaus.
