Private: property 3 ha, meadow. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop "Sorico" 5.5 km, railway station "Colico" 17 km, sandy beach "Sorico (La Punta)" 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Marina 11 km, golf course (18 hole) 40 km, surf school 9 km, riding stable 9 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Tempieto di San Fedelino. Traumhafte Ruhe in gepflegtem Ambiente

In diesem Haus kann man sich nur wohlfühlen, sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet,-der ideale Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu genießen. Das Team von Interhome muss lobend erwähnt werden, bei Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet.

Nettes Haus mit kritischer Zufahrt

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus, das mit Platz und großem Grundstück, für Ruhe-Suchende überzeugen kann.  Gut:  - Grundstück  - Grillmöglichkeit (Gasgrill von den Bildern existiert nicht) mit Holz oder Kohle - Ausstattung  - Umgebung und Blick auf den See  Schlecht: - Zufahrt ist nicht akzeptabel...  - keine Nachttisch-Lampen - Bett im Obergeschoss beschädigt und mit Ameisen.  Trotz Allrad-SUV schwierig

Schönes Haus aber…

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön, jedoch ist die Straße ziemlich lange also muss man immer das Auto nehmen um etwas zu unternehmen. Zudem war die Einfahrt zu dem Haus der reinste Wahnsinn, das schlimmste Stück ist nicht befestigt. Uns wurde außerdem der Zugang zum Keller nicht gestattet und den Grill durften wir auch nicht benutzen.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Grundstück

Das Haus ist chick und wirkt sehr neu. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und die Zimmer passen. Besonders hat uns das Badezimmer und das sehr weitläufige Grundstück gefallen. Allerdings ist die Aussicht auf den See nicht frei. Die Auffahrt sehr steil und am Anfang nicht fest befestigt, wie waren froh, das wir keinen Frontantrieb hatten. Wir haben Nachttischlampen sehr vermisst, diese sind in keinem der Zimmern vorhanden. Auch die Grillsituation war erst ein Rätsel, hier wäre eine Anleitung toll.

Ihre Anmerkungen zur Auffahrt und den fehlenden Nachttischlampen nehmen wir ernst. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist in der Tat steil und nicht asphaltiert, weshalb ein SUV empfohlen wird. Unser Team vor Ort wird bald Nachttischlampen bereitstellen und eine Anleitung für den Grill zur Verfügung stellen, um die Nutzung zu erleichtern. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.
