Das Apartment, die Ausstattung sowie die Lage ist super und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis perfekt. Der Pool und die Sauna sind absolut gepflegt. Der Bäcker gegenüber des Hauses bietet hervorragende Frühstücksbrötchen, Supermärkte sind in der nahen Umgebung ebenso wie Restaurants und alles was die Friedrichstraße zu bieten hat. Die Promenade mit dem wunderbaren Strand und die Sylter Welle befinden sich in Laufnähe. Sollte etwas fehlen, ist Frau Derksen stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.
