The house offers four separate holiday apartments, all on one level, ranging in size from 50 m² to 98 m² and accommodating 3 to 4 guests. Ideal for families and couples seeking stylish and peaceful accommodation, the house features a shared garden as well as a washing machine and dryer. Three parking spaces are available on the property.

With its central location just a few steps from Friedrichstraße—the lively pedestrian zone lined with numerous shops and restaurants—you’ll experience the perfect blend of urban charm and a peaceful retreat. The beach is also only about 300 metres away, making it ideal for relaxing days by the sea.
