Die Krabbenkate 3a ist liebevoll restauriert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; dazu ein hübscher kleiner Garten, in dem nichts fehlt. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht auf den Prerowstrom - ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die herrliche Umgebung; aber man bleibt an einem Regentag auch gerne daheim, in diesem "zu Hause auf Zeit". Jederzeit wieder...!

Ein Traumhaus in einem Traumort - ein seltenes Original, ökologisch, restauriertes Darßer Haus, was das Herz eines Liebhabers für Natur- und Biologische Baustoffe höher schlagen lässt. Dazu ist es so liebevoll eingerichtet und von einem idyllischen Garten umgeben, wie man es zu Hause selbst kaum besser machen würde. Dem Haus sind allzeit Bewohner zu wünschen, die dies sehen, entsprechend damit umgehen und schätzen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Hafen, gleiche Strecke zum Strand und in den Ort, alles optimal zu erlaufen. Die Atmosphäre in einem solchen Haus ist nicht mit einem üblichen Haus vergleichbar, das Klima ist merklich besser und es gibt keine chemischen und synthetischen Farben. Beide Bäder haben hochwertige Armaturen und Keramik. Die Betreuung durch die Firma Faulbaum war ab Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die 1000 Kilometer-Fahrt aus dem südlichsten Allgäu an die Ostsee nach Prerow haben sich so gelohnt. Insgesamt eine 100 %tige Weiterempfehlung.
