Whether you’re relaxing in the spacious living room or catching up on work in the office, this awesome spot has you covered. On a gorgeous 4 acre lot with private hiking path to riverfront. Outdoor basketball and pickleball courts available. Hot tub will be available with August 2026 bookings and on. Huge deck for entertaining, bbq grill, cornhole. Inside has a towel warmer and record player. We will ask you your favorite music group, and add a record to our collection in your name. Lots of outdoor space for leisure, and small events

The house is charming and quaint. The property is beautiful. We even got a visit from the neighborhood peacock! It was peaceful and relaxing.

House and grounds were lovely but we were disappointed that hot tub was not functional. There was a brief initial difficulty with the thermostat but thankfully my husband was familiar with circuit breaker. Kitchen was very well equipped and beds/baths were great.

Hi Mary, thank you for your response. We do not advertise a hot tub on our property, nor do we have it on this listing at all, nor do we price for that. We are working on a hot tub installation and hope to have this ready by the spring. When that is completed, we will put it on our listing as an amenity! So we were really hoping this would not be part of your expectation as a guest. We also have a code for the thermostat when you are going from hot to cold and vice versa, will be sure to include that in guest instructions! We appreciate you staying with us and glad you at least enjoyed the rest of the property.
