Great accommodation, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Close to good restaurants at picturesque Ludwig Strasse and 15 mins walk to the cable car station (Garmisch Classic 😉).

Amazing place for a larger group

The place is very big with two floors and was great for our group of three couples. The view of the mountains from the patio was so relaxing in the morning having coffee. Tina was responsive and a great host. It was only a few minutes walk into the centre of town. We would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful spacious property in great location

The property was spacious and beautiful and Tina was a very helpful host. Apartment was clean and bright and enjoyed by my family of 4 including 2 adult sons. The outdoor patio was great (and even better than depicted on website) and has an amazing partial view of the mountains. The location was excellent as a base to explore the area. It was a short 5 minute walk into town and a 1 minute walk to a network of hiking trails, It was a short drive (approx. 30 min) to Zugspitz/Lake Eisbee, Mittenwald and Oberammergau. We were delighted when we discovered the Tannenhutte and Pfeifferalm restaurants up in the mountains and could walk back to the property after visiting. Tina was very welcoming and very helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have an active outdoor adventure and an authentic Bavarian experience.

Da das Wetter eher schlecht war, waren wir sehr froh, diese großzügige, super und mit allem Nötigen (und noch mehr) eingerichtete Wohnung zur Verfügung zu haben.Hätte die Sonne geschienen, wären wir sogar in den Genuss der Aussicht auf die Zugspitze von der Terasse und vom Wohnzimmer aus gekommen.Dass zur Wohnung ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehört, von dem es nur wenige Meter bis zum Wohnungseingang sind, hat uns sehr angenehm überrascht. Die Lage ist super und man ist sowohl gleich im Grünen, als auch in der Innenstadt von Partenkirchen.Die Vermieterin und ihr Mitarbeiter waren äußerst bemüht und sehr freundlich!Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Landhaus Pitzner. Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und haben schon Babybett und Hochstuhl für uns rausgestellt. Die Ferienwohnung inklusive der Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist super - man konnte direkt vor der Tür kleine Wanderungen starten. Perfekt für den Urlaub mit der Familie! 2022 Vacation in Bavaria

What a great property within walking distance to everything, including excellent dining, but far enough to have a little privacy. The hosts were delightful and made sure that we were taken care of. Beautiful views of the Alps . I would recommend this property to everyone.

Great summer holiday apartment.

The apartment is in a great location on the edge of town but easy walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of space with a great view of the mountains. The host was very helpful and friendly. This is our second visit and we would certainly stay again.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und entsprach auch genau den Bildern, ich würde mir in den Badezimmer ein paar aufhänge Möglichkeiten wünschen damit man die benutzten Handtücher nicht auf den Boden legen muss und vielleicht auf der unteren Terasse einen Sonnenschirm und eine Wanduhrwäre toll ,aber sonst alles super, gute gehobene Ausstattung. Really nice first floor. Bottom floor is a basement with a nice bathroom. Overall quiet place and good location to start hiking. Located on a hill but walkable to the Partenkirchen Downtown. Going to Kurpark requires transportation. Lots of through traffic in GP.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Zugspitze

Unsere Wohnung war absolut sauber und nach der FeWo-Anzeige ausgestattet, super Blick auf das Zugspitz-Massiv. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, da gibt es auch keinen Verkehrslärm. Der Vermieter und vor allem der "gute Geist des Hauses" Holger haben sich ganz lieb um uns "gekümmert" und alle aufkommenden Fragen und Tagestour-Planungen (in diesem Fall mit "Ü-85 Rollator-Wanderer") mit mir durchgesprochen und auf Machbarkeit geprüft. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich nochmals ganz herzlich bei Holger für seine super nette Beratung bedanken!!!
