I had an amazing time at this rental. It is a beautiful traditional Bavarian house with a wonderful view over the town. It is only a short walk from the train station and the old town. Rita the owner was wonderful and extremely helpful and I will totally stay here again.

Enchanting apartment with glorious view

We had a magical white Christmas in this first rate apartment in Mittenwald. The hostess was so joyful and helpful, and even though she couldn't speak English, she gave us instructions in English and we could text questions to her daughter, who was promptly helpful. Comfortable beds, amazing view, hiking basically in the backyard. Easy walk into town. One note: there is a big uphill climb to the apartment from the train station, if you have trouble with hills. Everything we needed was provided, and laundry was available for reasonable cost. what a gorgeous place! We will come back!

Super Wohnung

Wir hatten einen super Wanderurlaub in Mittenwald. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und von der Größe für zwei Leute genau richtig. Der Balkon macht es dann perfekt. In Mittenwald und Umgebung gibt es viele Wanderrouten und einige Lifte und Gondeln. Bis ins Innere des Orts läuft man ca. 10-15 Minuten, dafür liegt das Haus etwas höher und man hat einen super Ausblick über Mittenwald.

Prettig verblijf in Mittenwald

Een net en schoon appartement met een geweldig uitzicht op Mittenwald en voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Op 500 meter loop afstand van de Karwendelbaan en 10 minuten loopafstand naar het leuke centrum van Mittenwald. Een echte aanrader! Het appartement van 47m2 is prettig ingedeeld en biedt voldoende ruimte voor 2 volwassenen. Met een kind zou ik het te krap vinden. Het appartement bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping (binnenkomst gelijkvloers), hierdoor een geweldig uitzicht vanaf een ruim balkon met zon in de namiddag inclusief 2 stoelen, een tafel en parasol, ideaal. De waterkoker is een ketel die op de inductieplaat warm gemaakt moet worden. Er is een broodrooster erg prettig. Mijn advies is om nog een koekenpan toe te voegen in de keuken, aan alle andere benodigdheden is er meer dan voldoende. De wifi is instabiel, mijn advies is een wifi versterker ertussen te zetten, zodat er in de woonkamer en op het balkon goed bereik is.

Die Wohnung war staubig,aber aufgeräumt. Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Bad war sehr sauber.

Unsere Erfahrung war sehr gut.Vermieterin sehr kommunikativ. Wir würden wieder hinfahren. Geschirr war genug da.Die Betten hatten gute Matratzen. Es war halt auf den Schränken staubig,aber sonst sauber.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in den Bergen

Gut ausgestattete und gemütliche Ferienwohnung am Ortsrand von Mittenwald, sehr sympathische Vermieterin, ideale Ausgangsbasis für eine Vielzahl von Wanderungen in die umliegenden Gebirgszüge, Ort mit sehr guter Infrastruktur... Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Frau Prasse sehr genossen. Frau Prasse ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick in die Berge. Das Zentrum von Mittenwald ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Wanderungen sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht

Schön eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Fewo. Balkon mit Aussicht und Nachmittags-Sonne. Die Fewo liegt am Waldrand, direkt an den Wanderwegen ins Karwendel. Die Vermieterin Frau Prasse war auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder :-)

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnungen von Frau Prasse liegen in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage direkt am Rand von Mittenwald und dennoch nahe am Zentrum (10 Min. Fußweg). Dadurch ist es trotz der Bundesstraße sehr ruhig, so dass wir auch mit offener Balkontür hervorragend schlafen konnten. Von der Ferienwohnung kann man direkt zu den Wanderungen im Karwendel und rund um Mittenwald aufbrechen, ohne dafür das Auto bewegen zu müssen. Dies kann direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos Parken. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Angebot uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Bayrische Gemütlichkeit in beeindruckender Natur

Unsere Ferienwohnung war am Ortsrand von Mittenwald unweit der Talstation der Karwendelbahn gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig für 3 Personen, auch ein Balkon mit Süd-West-seite bot einen herrlichen blick auf das Gebirge. Frau Prasse war sehr nett und hat uns freundlich empfangen. ich kann die Wohnung unbedingt weiter empfehlen, allerdings möchte ich für künftige Gäste anmerken, dass Handtücher nur gegen einen Mehrpreis erhältlich sind und im Bad keine Seife und nur begrenzt Toilettenpapier vorhanden war. In der Küche gab es zwar ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe, allerdings kein Spülmittel und keinerlei Grundnahrungsmittel wie Salz, Gewürze, Tee, o.Ä., so wie ich es sonst von anderen Ferienwohnungen gewohnt bin. Trotzdem kann ich mir vorstellen, wieder hier zu wohnen.
