Our holiday home is located in the Spadici district, one of Porec's most attractive areas, on a quiet side street.

Apartment No. 5 has two bedrooms with double beds, a living area with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a bathroom, and a large terrace leading off the living area.

Sehr gute Lage, gepflegte Wohnung, Strand in 7 Gehminuten TOP

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wobei nicht mehr modern eingerichtet. Wir konnten unser Urlaub richtig genießen!

Sehr nette Vermieterin die mit im Haus lebt. Wunderschöner Garten. Für die Kinder war ausreichend Platz. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein Spielplatz. Im Apartment war alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch brauchte. Wir waren dieses Jahr das zweite mal dort.

Unser toller Urlaub bei Fr.Obajdin

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Fr.Obajdin wirklich genossen. Eine sehr nette, freundliche und entgegenkommende Besitzerin, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung, sehr schöne Gegend. Bis zum Strand nur ein Katzensprung, bis zum Altstadt nur wenig länger, viele Cafés und Restaurants, wenn man zu Hause kochen möchte, Lebensmittelläden. Wenn man Lust auf Abenteuer hat, gibt es auch genug Möglichkeiten. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert. Von uns aus, gerne nochmal.

Ferienwohnung in Spadici

Es war sehr schön, wir haben 2 Wochen Aufenthalt richtig genossen. Auch unsere 2 Katzen haben sich wohl gefühlt. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist etwas sparsam ausgestattet (steht's aber allen in Anzeige), und ohne Spüll-, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage (bei 32°) habe wir überlebt.
