Wir hatten das Vergnügen in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft 2 Wochen zu verbringen. Die herzliche Begrüßung von Danko und der selbst gebackene Kuchen seiner Frau waren eine große Überraschung. Danko stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, gab uns Tipps für Ausflüge und verwöhnte uns mit kroatische Köstlichkeiten.Das Appartement war extrem sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Drei Kühlschränke sorgten für ausreichend Stauraum, die zur Verfügung stehende Eismaschine total praktisch für erfrischende Cocktails. Der Pool war super und die Grillmöglichkeit perfekt – ideal für gemütliche Abende. Insgesamt eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert.Zusammenfassend können wir diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Egal, ob für einen Kurzaufenthalt oder eine länger Zeit, hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl.Vielen Dank für eine unvergessliche Zeit.Luise & Engelbert

6 Tage Erholung pur

Es war sehr nett, dass Dianas Papa Danko uns direkt bei der Ankunft in der Villa begrüßt hat. Danko und seine Frau wohnen auch in der Villa ganz unten. Uns wurde direkt die ganze Anlage gezeigt und alles in Ruhe erklärt. Zudem wurde sogar uns angeboten, uns zu einem Supermarkt zu fahren, um einkaufen zu gehen ( Kleiner Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar) Die Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Danko und Diana waren jederzeit ansprechbar persönlich oder per Telefon und gaben auch Tipps für Ausflüge in der Nähe. Danko's Frau war sogar so lieb und hatte uns als Willkommen Geschenk einen Kuchen gebacken. Ein Auto ist ratsam, wenn man nicht immer nach Trogir fahren möchte, um von dort aus andere Insel oder Städte zu erreichen aber für uns war das kein Problem ohne Auto. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreich man einen Kiesstrand, mehrere Restaurants und zwei kleine Supermärkte innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fußweg. In der Villa konnte man wirklich Ruhe genießen. Alles in einem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein weiterer Aufenthalt wird nächstes Jahr in Erwägung gezogen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Danko kümmert sich hilfsbereit um seine Gäste. Der Pool mit Meerblick - ein Traum! Es war alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir wollen wieder kommen.

Sommerferien 2024

Wir hatten einen gemütlichen und entspannten Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Villa in der Nähe von Split. Wir genossen die Zeit sehr und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Zugleich wurden wir aufmerksam vom Vermieter betreut. Dadurch dass die Villa etwas abseits liegt, war es für uns etwas umständlicher in die Grossstadt zu kommen, da wir kein Auto hatten. Sonst war aber alles top!.

Wonderful stay

We were warmly welcomed by Danko, who also live in the building. His wife made us cake and croatian cheesebread which we appreciated. The appartment was very clean and well equiped. So was the pool area. The village by the sea which is reached in 5 min. has wonderful beach areas and great restaurants. We warmly recommend a stay at Danko’s place.

Wunderschöne Aufenthalt in FeWo Rosemary

Zwei Wochen waren wir in der Villa Belvedere.Gastgeber Danko hat uns herzlich empfangen.Für die schöne Empfang und super Gastfreundschaft möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken.Das ganze Wochnung ist sehr schön,sehr sauber,alle Zimmer mit direkten Meerblick.Fur uns war das sehr schöne Urlaub wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Super schöner Aufenthalt im Studio Olea

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Studio Olea in der Villa Belvedere. Wir wurden sofort herzlich von Danko, dem Gastgeber, empfangen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist recht groß udn es ist herrlich, draußen zu sitzen und zu frühstücken. Man hat keinen direkten Meerblick, sieht das Meer aber ein wenig von der Seite. Gegenüber vom Haus gibt es eine Treppe, die zum Meer bzw zu einem Felsstrand führt. Geht man noch ein wenig weiter, kommt man zu einem größeren Kiesstrand. Man hat die Möglichkeit beim Gastgeber täglich frische Backwaren aus dem nah gelegenen Supermarkt zu bestellen. Da wir aber ein Auto hatten, war das bei uns nicht nötig. Generell hat man aber auch die Möglichkeit, Frühstück in der Villa zu buchen. Einmal die Woche hat man die Möglichkeit, abends in der Villa zu Essen. Danko richtet dafür die Terasse sehr schön her und gibt sich die größte Mühe, seine Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Aufgetischt werden dalmatinische Spezialitäten. Die Villa ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Split, Trogir, Nationalpark Krka, Primosten sind nur einige dieser vielen Möglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Taxi-Boot, das von der Anlegestelle in Seget Vranjica nach Trogir fährt. (Fahrtdauer ca. 40 bis 50 Min, je nach Wellengang). Wer nicht mit dem eigenen Auto kommt, kann über die Villa Belvedere bei Danko auch Ausflüge buchen, die sein Sohn macht. Wenn jemand Wert auf Wassersport legt, so erreicht man in 5 Fahrminuten das Hotel Medena, welches viele Wassersportmöglichkeiten bietet. Alles in Allem, war das ein super schöner Urlaub und wir sind nach wie vor von Danko's Gastfreundschaft und der seiner Familie begeistert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und hoffen, bald wieder dort sein zu können. Simona & Andreas

Super Unterkunft

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Nachdem wir super herzlich empfangen wurden, kamen wir in das sehr saubere und schöne Apartment. Der Balkon ist groß und hat man hat noch immer einen schönen Blick! Die Lage ist super, da der direkte Strand nicht überfüllt ist, der kleine Supermarkt in der Nähe und auch ins schöne Trogir ist es nicht weit! Alles in Allem können wir diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!!
