    Great Little Apartment

    We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The host was easy to communicate with and the location was very good. There were some nice places to eat and coffee shops close by.

    Berlin Visit

    Very well kept, cozy apartment. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The host is very responsive and friendly. There is a pretty good Indian restaurant just down the street as well as a tiny pizza place (you have to make a reservation!) that looked wonderful but we could not get a table. Only complaint is that it is a bit off the beaten path. That said, the tram line is super convenient and reliable.

    This beautiful villa was perfect for our family with lots of open areas to gather inside and out. The pool, built into the terrace with its gorgeous panoramic water view, is a wonderful feature. Summerinitaly.com was wonderful - answering all our questions promptly. The local property manager was fantastic - so helpful! The rental included frequent maid service and a gardener who helped with luggage. Praiano is a lovely, quieter village with a charming, rocky beach, , lots of lovely restaurants, convenient water taxis and friendly, kind local people. Be prepared for lots of steps in the beautiful villa and all the villages on the Amalfi Coast.

    Lovely space.

    Property is one hour plus from city center using public transportation. Very close to the airport with Metro. It is a lovely space, quite comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. As stated in other reviews, there is nowhere to hang any clothing. The large windows in the front room allow for street noise. If you are getting around by car this is a perfect place to stay. Communication with the host was excellent.

    Apartment is just as described and plenty of amenities. Host very friendly and great communication. Grocery store and Laundry about 10 min walk. Easy to get onto public transportation. Berlin city center about 45 minutes by trains. Quicker by car. Apartment is ground floor with some neighborhood sounds to be expected. Would stay again.

    Amazing. Exactly as listed. A perfect place for 2. Everything was clean and the AC kept the room very cool. Check in went exactly as stated and there were no issues at any point. There were camping chairs, beach umbrella and sand anchor, beach blanket, and more that really enhanced our beach day. Little things like K cups provided for the coffee machine, filtered water pitcher in the fridge, and some snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. It's a GREAT location to experience all that Pensacola has to offer, it's close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We would absolutely recommend and stay again.

    Great place to stay in a authentic German neighborhood

    We loved our stay in Inken's apartment and would gladly return should the opportunity arise. The apartment was secure, charming, roomy and comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed. As a bonus it was on the ground floor so there was no need to b deal with stairs. The neighbourhood was easy to get to and to get around in. The tram stop was just a block away. There were at least 3 bakeries within a block, a couple of restaurants, a couple of bars, and a convenience store. If you like being away from the tourist zone and yet still be able to get to it by public transit then this place is perfect. Inken Klewitz is a sincere and caring person who do what she can to make your stay enjoyable.

    Das Apartment ist sauber, hell, freundlich, sehr geräumig, gut aufgeteilt und es war alles da was ich zum wohlfühlen brauchte! Auch das es im Erdgeschoß liegt war sehr angenehm. Die Gegend rundherum ist sehr abwechslungsreich, man ist zu Fuß gleich an der Spree, in der anderen Richtung im Oberschöneweide Wald, eine grosse Parkanlage mit vielen Highlights gerade auch für Familien. Apropos: Es lohnt sich ein Ausflug 25 min per Lime E-Bike, (die hier übrigens zahlreich verfügbar auf der Strasse herumstehen) ein Stück südlich zum Müggelsee, ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen, zum Schwimmen also kurzum um der Stadt zum entfliehen. Auch dir Köpenicker Altstadt kann sich sehen lassen. Aber sogar auch das Beeliner Zentrum erreicht man per E-Bike wenn man was von der Stadt sehen will. Ich war fast eine Woche hier und bin begeistert! Auch vom Kiez Oberschöneweide im allgemeinen. Ich komme wieder! Ein sehr zufriedener Gast. Achja: Es lief auch alles so unkompliziert ab! Einchecken per Schlüsselsafe, Auschecken genauso, dazwischen optimale Kommunikation mit Martin & Anke, wenn gewünscht oder überhaupt von Nöten. Tolle Organisation!

    Wir fanden das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis und Sauberkeit sehr gut, Ausstattung gut. Die Lage ist hinsichtlich öffentl.Nahverkehr sehr gut (Straßenbahn, S-Bahn, Bus), vor Ort kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Späti,Discounter).Der abgebildete Wohn/Schlafraum ist ebenerdig, Gehweg direkt vorm Fenster, daher morgens /tagsüber etwas lauter. Wir hatten einen insgesamt angenehmen Aufenthalt.

    Völlig unkomplizierter check-in und check-out, mit genauer Beschreibung und freundlicher Kommunikation. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen und Spülmaschine und einer wunderbaren Kaffeemaschine, die es leider oft nicht mehr gibt in Ferienwohnungen. Wir hatten viel Platz. Die Lage ist toll, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist super. Kurzum alles war richtig gut und ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert.

    Das Ein- und Auschecken war super, coole Idee. So konnte ich mich Sonntags schon sehr früh auf den Heimweg machen ohne jemanden wecken zu müssen :-) Parkplatzsuche war nicht so einfach, musste ich aber auch nur am Anreisetag, da ich dann nur mit den Öffentlichen gefahren bin. Ich hatte alles was ich für den Aufenthalt brauchte, habe mich in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

    Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Berlin. Schade ist, dass es keinen PKW-Parkplatz zur Wohnung gibt, dadurch tägliche Probleme wegen Parkplatzsuche.
