Hallo, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Ausser das der Schlüssel bei Ankunft nicht hinterlegt war und wir eine 3/4 Stunde warten mussten bis wir ins Haus konnten und wir deshalb auch den gebuchten frühen Check in nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Ausserdem haben wir 90 Euro Kurtaxe bezahlt anstatt 72 Euro. Für ein 3 jähriges Kind fällt noch keine Kurtaxe an. Deshalb bitte ich Sie um Rückerstattung von 18 Euro Kurtaxe und 29 Euro nicht in Anspruch nehmendes Check in, da ja kein Schlüssel vorhanden war. Insgesamt haben wir Ihnen 1.168 Euro überwiesen. Also 47 EUR zu viel.
