Excellent stay and so grateful for the AC. It was almost 100 derees while we were there, so it would have been so hard without it. The remodel was very nice and we loved the location. So easy to walk to Marine, the shops and restaurants. We had some issues, but they were addressed immediately. We hope to go back soon!

We had an amazing time . I grew up in this area and came back to reunite with family . The experience was unreal . Host was amazing . Neighbors so friendly and Anne the neighbor was a gem ! I felt so welcomed . It was so clean and communication was the best ! Thank you for hosting ! We will be back !

Ultimate Balboa Island experience

This property is absolutely awesome. Perfect location on the boardwalk and steps to Marine Ave. paddle boards were so much fun and the house was clean and spacious. Nikki was awesome to work with and answered all my questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Family Balboa Trip

Great place and location. Nikki was excellent to work with and very accommodating! Home was well-equipped and had a lot of extras which made our stay extra-special🏖️. The use of the beach equipment was fabulous, especially with a large family in tow!! Thanks again! Diane
