Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich gut gelegen, es sind nur einige Meter bis zur Promenade und zum Strand. Allerdings muss ich sagen die Wohnung war nicht gut geputzt und hatte einige Defekte (Duschtür, Lüftung, Beleuchtung am Bett)

Liebe Ute, lieber Michael, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Wohnung und die Lage so gut gefallen haben. Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass Sie mit der Sauberkeit nicht 100%ig zufrieden waren. Dafür möchten wir uns vielmals entschuldigen. Das tut uns außerordentlich leid. Von unseren Kolleginnen wissen wir, dass Sie die angebotene Nachreinigung jedoch nicht in Anspruch nehmen wollten und bereits selbst tätig geworden sind.
Zu den Defekten dürfen wir Ihnen an dieser Stelle mitteilen, dass die Lampe und die Duschtür bereits in Stand gesetzt sind und wir für den Lüfter eine Firma beauftragt haben. Herzlichen Dank für Ihre wertvollen Hinweise diesbezüglich.
