Falsche Angaben zur Entfernung, kein Kundenservice

Wir konnten nicht anreisen, da die Wohnung von unserem Veranstaltungsort nicht 16 km, wie auf der Suchseite angegeben, sondern 30 km entfernt und daher mit dem Taxi nicht zu erreichen war. Leider bekommen wir unser Geld nicht zurück, da sich die Agentur und die Vermieterin gegenseitig die Verantwortung zuschieben. Nie wieder werde ich hier buchen.
