The main level offers an open living, dining, and kitchen layout that keeps everyone connected, along with a first-floor king bedroom that’s ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs. For downtime, the home is set up for effortless entertainment with 6 Smart TVs (up to 75”) with Roku and a Samsung soundbar in the living room.

You’ll enjoy three separate outdoor spaces: a covered front porch with Adirondack seating and a porch swing, an upper covered balcony with a ceiling fan and comfortable lounge seating, and a side pergola-covered sitting area with bench seating that adds a peaceful, tucked-away feel. When it’s time for dinner, fire up the BBQ (gas grill) for an easy meal after a day exploring 30A.

When you want a break from the beach, the Greenway Park community pool is a short walk away (access details provided prior to your stay). The Scenic 30A bike path is also nearby, making it easy to explore Seagrove, Seaside, and the surrounding 30A corridor by bike.

Greensway Park - Shared Amenities:

Greenway Park offers a quieter, cottage-style 30A experience in Seagrove Beach—tucked near rare coastal dune lakes and the natural beauty of Point Washington State Forest, while still keeping you close to the white-sand Gulf beaches. A standout perk of staying here is the Greenway Park community pool, giving you an easy option for a mid-day cool-off or an afternoon reset when you want a break from the sand. Seasonal pool heating is available and the pool is maintained between 50°F–85°F, making it a great amenity even outside peak summer heat. With the Scenic 30A bike path nearby, it’s simple to explore Seagrove, Seaside, and the rest of 30A while still coming home to a calmer, neighborhood feel.

Getting Around:

Santa Rosa Beach is a great home base for exploring Walton County’s 30A corridor, with a mix of walkable pockets and easy access to nearby beach towns by bike or car. Many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail (30A’s bike path) for scenic rides, while a vehicle is helpful for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips across South Walton.

Traveling to/around the area - Explore by foot, by bike, or by car:

• A car is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary.

• Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A—use the Timpoochee Trail to reach nearby beaches, dining, and shopping areas safely and enjoyably.

• Walking works well in local centers and beach access areas, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions.

• Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group—helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season.
