We can’t wait to come back! We were here for a long weekend swim meet at Brown and this was a perfect location only a 15 minute drive away. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Oscar was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We will 100% return the next time we’re in town if it’s available.

The house is very cute, clean and Welcoming. Everything in place and easy to move around . The check in time perfect , the check out time is the best i have seen anywhere . This time was especially important for me because i had a late check in somewhere else. The Host Amazing he was available and easy to connect with . He was kind & gentle with his words . I will definitely look for this location and host again. He’s by far get a 10 from me across the board . The best Host .

I live in this home and travel frequently for work, so I understand how important it is to have a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. When I’m home, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, having a good glass of wine, working out at Edge, riding my bike, and spending time outdoors. I enjoy hosting because it gives me a chance to share a home and neighborhood that I genuinely enjoy with people visiting Providence.

Why they chose this property

I love the location because it gives you easy access to so much of Providence while still feeling like a real neighborhood. There are great restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, and local spots all around the area, with downtown, theaters, entertainment, and many of the city’s attractions nearby. It is also convenient for getting to the airport or heading out of the city. One of my favorite things about the area is that you can go out and enjoy everything Providence has to offer and then come back to a quieter, more comfortable place to relax.

What makes this property unique

The house gives you a little bit of both worlds. You are staying in the city with restaurants, entertainment, and Providence close by, but once you step into the backyard, it feels surprisingly removed from the city. The deck is a great place to sit outside, relax, have coffee in the morning, or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The peach tree, plants, and yard give the outdoor space a more residential, almost suburban feel. Because this is a real home rather than a property designed only as a rental, I want guests to feel comfortable settling in and treating it as their home away from home while they are here.
