First the house is beautiful! Modern yet very cozy and no details were spared! We especially loved the decor, comfy beds and the serene surroundings. But what’s even better is that it was close to quite a few wineries and restaurants. We were able to get to our selected venues in under 10 minutes! I cannot wait to return in the summer!

The perfect Greenport Stay!
I stayed at Modern on 9th this past week and I couldn't be happier about the decision. The place was perfect and just as shown in photos and described. The host, Chanet has put so much detail into every corner of the home, from the decor to the house's layout (there are bathrooms for every bedroom, making it perfect for a girls trip or a couple's weekend), to her having everything that you could possible want or need during your stay (everything she has in her kitchen, you will want for your own home). It was the epitome of a luxury stay. I look forward to coming back the next time I am in the area.
